Steve Hull is a shareholder in the Environmental, Energy and Natural Resources department where he practices exclusively in the area of natural resources law. He represents both small and large mining companies and has been involved with multi-million dollar transactions both domestically and internationally. His work focuses on structuring and negotiating acquisitions, joint ventures and project financings, and he has participated in a number of major projects. On the international front, Steve has worked on transactions in Peru, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Mexico, Honduras, West Africa and the Pacific Rim. He has coordinated the business and operational needs of foreign mining investors with the local legal, regulatory and social environments. In addition to the publications noted, he is a contributing author to American Law of Mining II. Steve has served as a trustee of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, and has served on several committees in that organization.
