Shane Hillman is a shareholder and has been a member of the firm's Litigation department since joining the firm in 1998. He maintains a general civil litigation practice and has assisted numerous clients, both large and small, in resolving a wide range of problems, ranging from simple contract disputes to complex environmental, banking and real estate matters. In addition to maintaining a broad client-based commercial litigation practice, he also focuses attention on environmental litigation and construction law. Shane has represented clients at a variety of trial and appellate levels in both state and federal court. Shane's peers in the Utah legal community have selected him as being one of Utah's "Legal Elite" as recognized and published in Utah Business Magazine.

Shane is also actively involved in the community and, among other things, presently serves as the Vice President for the Board of Trustees for the Salt Lake Art Center, which was voted “Best Museum” in Utah for 2011, as selected by Best of State®.
