Rich Mrazik received his J.D. from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah in 2005. Prior to law school, Rich graduated with a B.A. in sociology and biology from Bowdoin College in 1999. Rich’s practice focuses on personal injury litigation, including cases involving products liability, trucking collisions, mass torts, and medical malpractice.
Rich also has extensive experience advising both governmental and private entities, including a local news weekly, regarding Utah’s Government Records Access and Management Act. When necessary, Rich has helped those clients succeed in GRAMA appeals before the State Records Committee, the Utah Third District Court, and the Utah Court of Appeals.
