Raymond J. Etcheverry is the president and chairman of the board of directors at Parsons Behle & Latimer, where he devotes his practice to litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in the areas of antitrust, intellectual property, securities litigation, class action defense and other complex business litigation. Mr. Etcheverry is recognized in Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA for Business Litigation. He has served as lead counsel in a number of antitrust and securities class actions. He has represented clients in antitrust cases involving price fixing, territorial restraints, dealer conspiracies, monopolization, boycotts and exclusive dealing arrangements. He has also served as antitrust counsel in a number of mergers and acquisitions requiring federal approval. Mr. Etcheverry has also served as counsel in patent and trade secret litigation in numerous federal and state courts. In addition he has represented clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation including insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Etcheverry is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the 3rd, 5th, 10th and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals. He is an active member of the Litigation, Antitrust and Intellectual Property Sections of the American Bar Association.
