Randy M. Grimshaw Salt Lake City, Utah
Randy Grimshaw is a shareholder in the Corporate and Tax department. His practice emphasizes federal, state and local tax planning; audit controversies and tax litigation; partnership, limited liability company, and corporate structuring and planning; and estate planning. Before joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Randy was a tax accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co., an international accounting firm. He was previously licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. Randy regularly teaches tax and business planning as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law.
