Randy Grimshaw is a shareholder in the Corporate and Tax department. His practice emphasizes federal, state and local tax planning; audit controversies and tax litigation; partnership, limited liability company, and corporate structuring and planning; and estate planning. Before joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Randy was a tax accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co., an international accounting firm. He was previously licensed as a certified public accountant. Randy regularly teaches tax and business planning courses as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law.
During the Vietnam War era, Randy served as a jet fighter instructor pilot in the United States Air Force.
