Nicholas Frandsen is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer's Litigation department and concentrates his practice on general commercial litigation.

Before joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Nicholas attended Brigham Young University where he graduated with a B.S. degree in business management emphasizing finance in 2004.  He received a J.D. degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2009.  While in law school, Nicholas was an editor for the BYU Law Review and the BYU Education and Law Journal. He was also a member of the Moot Court Team. Nicholas was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2009.
