Mark Lehman is a shareholder of Parsons Behle & Latimer and a member of the Corporate and Tax department. He focuses his practice on assisting clients with raising capital for their businesses through private and public offerings; complying with state and federal securities regulations and reporting obligations; and merging with, and acquiring, businesses and assets.

Mr. Lehman also advises emerging companies on a wide range of issues related to formation and business development, early stage financing and strategic relationships.
