Lindsay Ford is a shareholder in the firm's Environmental, Energy and Natural Resources department where his practice focuses on counseling clients regarding solid and hazardous waste, Superfund, PCBs, Brownfields, underground storage tanks, water quality and other environmental matters. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Utah State Bar, where he currently serves as vice-chair of the Energy, Natural Resources and Environmental Law section. Lindsay has made numerous presentations on environmental law topics to various organizations. He was one of the top four civil engineering graduates in 1984, and received his J.D. cum laude in 1987 from Brigham Young University . He is a member of the engineering honor society, Tau Beta Pi, and the legal fraternity, Phi Delta Pi.
