Kimberly Kesler Chytraus is a shareholder in the firm's Real Estate, Banking & Finance department. She concentrates her practice on the transactional aspects of real property law, including acquisition and disposition, property subdivision, development, land use and finance.

Kimberly currently represents Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. in its acquisition, development and land use matters, and a major home builder in its residential development matters. She has represented Kennecott Land Company in the commercial and residential development of over 90,000 acres in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Kimberly graduated in 1999 with a J.D. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, with an emphasis in Business Law. In 1996, she graduated with an Honors B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Utah. She is admitted to the Utah and California State Bars.
