Keith Taylor is a retired member of the Litigation department. His practice emphasized complex business litigation before state and federal courts and agencies. He had extensive litigation experience in labor and employment law, government contract law including ERISA law and false claims act cases, environmental law, securities law, and antitrust and business regulation law. Keith was one of the founding council members of the American Bar Association Law Practice Management Section and was active in the Antitrust, Litigation, Practice Management and Labor Sections of the American Bar Association. He also served as Utah State Bar delegate in the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association. In April of 1996 he was formally inducted as a Fellow in the College of Law Practice Management.
