Katherine Venti is a shareholder and co-chairman of the Litigation Department.  She is also a member of the Department's Commercial Litigation Practice Group.  Ms. Venti practices general civil litigation, concentrating on products liability, toxic tort, asbestos and commercial litigation.

Among the clients she has successfully represented in her career are large equipment manufacturers, electrical component manufacturers, grocery stores, food equipment companies, welding companies, home products companies, medical laboratory services, pharmaceutical companies, coal mine operators and contractors and oil and gas operators.  

She is formerly a member of the Charleston, West Virginia office of Jackson Kelly LLP and remains an active member of the West Virginia State Bar.  Ms. Venti was a law clerk to United States Magistrate Judge Peggy Patterson, Eastern District of Kentucky. 

Ms. Venti is active in the Utah State Bar and currently serves as a panel chair on the Ethics and Discipline Committee as appointed by the Utah Supreme Court and as a member of the Character and Fitness Committee.
