Attorney Profiles

David Heinhold is a member of the Litigation department and the Banking and Finance department.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation and transactions in banking, commercial law, and securities.  Mr. Heinhold also has experience in general corporate matters, including the formation of business entities, and the purchase and sale of business interests.

Mr. Heinhold graduated with honors from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, where was a William H. Leary Scholar.  He also received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Utah.  Mr. Heinhold is an active member of the community serving as, among other things, a board member for the University of Utah Business Alumni Association, and a Cub Scout Packmaster with the Boy Scouts of America.
