David R. Hall maintains a litigation practice encompassing a variety of subject areas, including: commercial contract disputes, U.C.C. and banking issues, securities litigation, real property disputes, insurance bad faith, environmental crimes, personal injury and product liability claims. David graduated from the University of Utah College of Law where he was a William H. Leary Scholar, and executive editor of the Journal of Land, Resources, & Environmental Law. David was also selected to be a member of the law school's National Moot Court Team that won the regional moot court competition. Before attending law school, David worked as a paralegal in the legal department of one of the largest private employers in the state of Utah. Prior to joining Parsons Behle & Latimer David was a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Utah and spent two summers in San Francisco, California working for a law firm specializing in civil litigation. In 2004, David took a one year leave of absence from the firm to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Dale A. Kimball of the United States District Court, District of Utah.
