Cory Sinclair is a member of the Litigation department where he concentrates his practice on damages-related and antitrust issues. He has a Ph.D. in economics specializing in antitrust, industrial organization, labor, and law & economics. Cory is currently an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Utah where he teaches Law & Economics. He is active in the Utah State Bar and is currently serving as the President of the Antitrust & Unfair Competition Section of the Utah State Bar. Cory has served as both a testifying and a consulting expert in antitrust and intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining Parsons, Cory worked with the Antitrust Division at the United States Department of Justice, and Keystone Strategy where he consulted on economic theory and other damages-related issues for large antitrust matters in both the United States and the European Union.

Cory attended the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, earning his J.D. in 2006. He is a member of the Order of the Coif and earned the CALI excellence award for Antitrust Law, Law & Economics and Federal Income Tax.
