Charles Thronson is a senior shareholder in the Litigation Department and head of the Personal Injury Section at Parsons Behle & Latimer. He practices in the areas of general litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability cases. Charlie has handled a number of cases for personal injury and medical malpractice clients that have generated some of the largest recoveries in Utah history. He was one of the first attorneys to file an intra-articular pain pump lawsuit in the U.S. Charlie has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the S.J. Quinney School of Law at the University of Utah, an Adjunct Professor at Westminster College, a long-time member of the Utah Association for Justice (President, 2009-2010) and a frequent lecturer. He is listed in the Top 100 Lawyers in Utah, and has been recognized for the past 15 years in The Best Lawyers in America.
