Bart J. Johnsen is a shareholder in the Family Law Practice Group of the Litigation department. Mr. Johnsen has assisted many clients, including business owners and professionals, with divorce, custody, paternity, and adoption matters since 1994. Mr. Johnsen practices exclusively in family law and is a frequent lecturer/instructor of family law seminars and continuing legal education classes. Mr. Johnsen is also an experienced appellate attorney having represented clients before the Utah Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Utah.
