Alissa M. Mellem is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer's Litigation department and the Business & Commercial Law department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and banking litigation.
Before joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Alissa graduated with high honors from Montana State University in 2004 with a bachelor of science in sociology. She graduated with high honors from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah in 2010. During law school, Alissa was a William H. Leary Scholar and received the CALI Award for highest grade in Criminal Law, Constitutional Law II, and Trusts and Estates, and the College of Law Outstanding Achievement Award for Trusts and Estates and Criminal Law. Prior to attending law school, Alissa worked in the operations department of one of the nation's largest financial institutions. Alissa was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2010.
