Zack Winzeler is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer's Litigation department and concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation.
Zack graduated cum laude from Weber State University in 2004 with a bachelor of arts in business administration. He graduated with high honors from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah in 2008. During law school, he was an articles editor of the Utah Law Review and a William H. Leary scholar. He was also awarded the Utah Civil Rights and Liberties Award for his paper "Whoa, Whoa, Whoa . . . One at a Time: Examining the Responses to the Illinois Study on Double-Blind Sequential Lineup Procedures." He was also awarded the College of Law Outstanding Achievement Award for Legal Methods and Appellate Practice and the CALI award for State and Local Government and Wrongful Convictions.
