Vicki Baldwin is a shareholder in the Litigation and the Environmental, Energy & Natural Resources departments. She is licensed to practice in Utah and Nevada. Ms. Baldwin represents her industrial clients in electric regulatory matters before the Utah Public Service Commission and the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada, including rate cases, rulemakings and investigations. She also represents municipal utility clients in transactions and administrative proceedings. Additionally, Ms. Baldwin represents clients in environmental and commercial litigation, including defense of stray voltage litigation. Ms. Baldwin graduated from the University of Utah College of Law where she served as executive editor of the Utah Law Review. Prior to that, she earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering magna cum laude.
