Michael Kealy is a shareholder in the Litigation department of the firm, and devotes his practice primarily to commercial litigation and personal injury on behalf of both businesses and individuals. He has aggressively represented clients in business and contract disputes and negotiations, non-compete agreements, insurance coverage, real property and catastrophe matters. Mr. Kealy appears before state and federal courts in Nevada, as well as various state and local agencies and boards. His experience includes jury and judge trials, as well as negotiations, mediations and arbitrations in a wide variety of contested matters.
Mr. Kealy was the managing partner of the established Nevada law firm of Marshall Hill Cassas & de Lipkau that was acquired by Parsons Behle & Latimer in 2006. He is a member and past president of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern Nevada, and is also currently a member of the American Inns of Court and American Association For Justice.
