Jeffrey M. Sanchez is a member of the Litigation department, where he focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation, intellectual property law and health care law. Jeffrey graduated with honors from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University where he served as an executive editor for the BYU Journal of Public Law, competed in both Moot Court and Trial Advocacy competitions, and was selected as Lead Dean’s Fellow.
Jeffrey has been frequently recognized for his outstanding legal writing, including a third-place finish in the Ladas Memorial Award, an international writing competition sponsored by the International Trademark Association.
Prior to his legal career, Jeffrey spent several years working in the biotechnology industry with both Pfizer and Eli Lilly & Company. He also served as a full-time intern for the honorable Chief Judge Randall R. Rader at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
