James Lake is a registered patent attorney specializing in client counseling and procurement of intellectual property rights in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Lake’s technical areas of emphasis include materials science, nanotechnology, semiconductor processing, energy production, metallurgy, chemical manufacturing, medical devices, printing ink and toner, and a variety of niche areas associated with basic research and development. In addition to procuring and maintaining patent portfolios, he supports engineers and scientists in implementing innovation initiatives.
