Jacob Santini is an associate in the Litigation Department at Parsons Behle & Latimer. The core of Mr. Santini's practice focuses on environmental law, with a particular emphasis on air quality law and environmental litigation. Mr. Santini's practice in these areas is rather broad as his litigation practice is before various administrative agencies, state and federal trial courts, and federal appellate courts. Mr. Santini's practice also covers rulemaking, permitting and compliance matters arising under the Clean Air Act and related state regulations. Due to his expertise in administrative law, Mr. Santini has also handled a number of administrative proceedings coming under OSHA and MSHA.

Before arriving at Parsons Behle & Latimer, Mr. Santini served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Christine M. Durham of the Utah Supreme Court.

Mr. Santini graduated from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2009. While attending law school, he was the Executive Articles Editor for the Utah Law Review and graduated with high honors.
