David Bennion is a shareholder in the Litigation department where he practices primarily in the areas of intellectual property litigation and antitrust. Specifically, he has litigated cases involving claims of patent infringement, technology licensing disputes, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition. He has also litigated price fixing, predatory pricing and monopolization cases, as well as challenges to mergers and acquisitions.
