Brian P. Rosander is a member of the firm's Real Estate, Banking & Finance department. He assists clients with real property and corporate transactions, including document preparation and title and survey review. While at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, Brian was a senior staff member of the Utah Law Review and placed 4th out of 45 teams in the Traynor Moot Court Competition. He was a teaching assistant in the legal writing program and received the CALI Excellence Award for arbitration and elder law in 2004. In March of 2005, he traveled to New York City to represent the College of Law in the Cardozo/BMI Entertainment & Communications Law Moot Court Competition.
