Ben Hoopes is a registered patent attorney practicing primarily in the areas of intellectual property procurement, intellectual property litigation, and complex business litigation. He holds a degree in electrical engineering and is an experienced programmer in a variety of languages including C, Java and PHP. While attending law school, Mr. Hoopes was a managing editor and staff member of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology. His technical experience includes digital design, mixed-signal VLSI design, electric and magnetic transmission, and semiconductor fabrication.
