Bill Evans is a shareholder in the Litigation department. His practice is in general litigation, public utility regulation, and copyrights. Bill has been involved in matters of regulation of natural gas, electricity and telecommunications and had appeared before the State Public Service Commissions, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the Federal Communications Commission. He also has extensive experience in representing clients in copyright litigation and in transactions relating to music, art, literature and entertainment.
