Ross de Lipkau is a shareholder in the Environmental, Energy & Natural Resources department, where he practices primarily in the area of water law. He is involved in governmental permitting and licensing of water projects and due diligence analysis of water rights and sales and acquisitions thereof. As part of his duties, Mr. de Lipkau is heavily involved in administrative hearings before the Nevada State Engineer and judicial matters in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Parsons Behle & Latimer in 2006, Mr. de Lipkau was a shareholder in the firm of Marshall Hill Cassas & de Lipkau. He served as the Deputy Attorney General assigned to the Nevada State Engineer. He represented that agency in adjudications and all judicial matters.
From 1982 to 1986, Mr. de Lipkau served as the geothermal representative on the Department of Minerals Commission. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers of America, 2001-2010, Natural Resource Law. He is also recognized in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers For Business.
