Matthew Cook is an associate in the Corporate and Tax department. He concentrates his practice on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and tax controversies. While at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, Matthew was a William H. Leary Scholar and received the CALI Excellence Award for judicial process, international business transactions and comparative law.
