Kristine Edde Johnson is a shareholder in the Litigation department and chair of the intellectual property litigation practice group. She concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, specializing in patent infringement, trade secret, and non-compete litigation. She has engaged in appellate practice before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in patent infringement cases. Prior to joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, she practiced at the firm of Campbell, Maack & Sessions. Kristine received her B.A. degree in U.S. History and political science from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. She received her J.D. degree in 1995 from the University of Utah College of Law, where she was a William H. Leary scholar. She was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1995.
