John Wilson is a shareholder in the Litigation department. John's practice centers on commercial litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts and arbitration, including real property and title insurance litigation, and contract disputes. He also has substantial experience in the defense of personal injury claims, including toxic tort and work place accidents. John has represented Kennecott Corporation on a wide variety of litigation matters, Barrick Gold Corporation and related entities on various litigation matters, Stewart Title Guaranty Company on real estate title and title insurance coverage litigation, Praxair, Inc. (formerly Union Carbide Industrial Gasses, Inc.) in the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims, and First Continental Life & Accident Insurance Company on life and health insurance coverage and claims litigation, among others.
