Jason Nichols is a shareholder in the firm's Real Estate, Banking and Finance Group. He concentrates his practice on real estate acquisitions, development and dispositions, real estate leasing, real estate and commercial finance and land use and zoning. Mr. Nichols has considerable experience in the development of large box retail stores throughout the Intermountain West. Mr. Nichols also has experience reviewing, structuring and drafting engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) agreements and other similar types of contracts. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah in 1996 with a B.A. degree in accounting. In 2000, he graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School where he was a member of the BYU Law Review and elected to membership in the Order of the Coif. Prior to joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Mr. Nichols worked eight years in commercial real estate development.
