Bob Reeder is a shareholder of Parsons Behle & Latimer. He is special counsel to a number of the West's largest mining and manufacturing concerns in regulatory proceedings and contract negotiations involving energy and related matters. His practice centers on economic regulation and public utility related issues for large industrial users.
He appears for domestic industrial consumers before the state regulatory agencies in Utah, Nevada, Wyoming and Idaho, and before federal regulatory agencies. Internationally, he has represented clients in transactions for the acquisition of energy and development of infrastructure for delivery of energy in the deregulated energy markets of Chile, Peru, Argentina, Venezuela and East Africa. He is also actively engaged in local community in a variety of ways unrelated to his legal practice.
