Dan Hindert is a shareholder in the Litigation department. He specializes in personal injury, wrongful death and insurance-related litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants throughout the Intermountain West. Mr. Hindert is one of the country's leading experts on structured settlements, and is co-author of the legal treatise Structured Settlements and Periodic Payment Judgments published by Law Journal Press in 1986 and updated through 2007.
