Christina M. Jepson is a shareholder and Chair of the Employment and Labor Law Department. Christina maintains a general civil litigation practice with emphasis on employment law, commercial and business litigation, contract disputes and securities litigation. 

Christina defends and counsels employers in a variety of areas including sex discrimination, religious discrimination, age discrimination, employee medical issues and disability, wrongful termination, handbooks, social media policies and compensation disputes. She is the current secretary of the Utah State Bar Labor and Employment Section and has lectured on numerous employment topics. Christina was recognized in Utah Business Magazine in 2012 as one of Utah's Legal Elite in the area of Employment and Labor Law. Christina is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Christina served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David K. Winder, then Chief Judge of the United States District Court, District of Utah, and the Honorable Stephen H. Anderson, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She graduated first in her class from the University of Utah College of Law where she also served on the Utah Law Review and competed for the National Moot Court Team.
